Integrations Specialist / Integration Support Engineer / Customer Solutions Or Sales Engineer

I'm currently hiring for multiple roles for the Highway Implementations & Integrations Team. Implementation Specialist and an Integration Support Engineer / Customer Solutions or Sales Engineer

Both roles will work directly to support the Implementation Team in onboarding and launching clients on Highway’s Saas solutions. These individuals will facilitate customers from start to finish, working with team members during the discovery, configuration, QA testing, deployment, training, and rollout of Highway's technology platform.These roles require a mix of technical skills and customer service expertise. A high level of attention to detail and organization is necessary.

The Implementations Specialist will provide operational support. Overseeing and handling project documentation, coordination, and systems entry. Willingness to learn new industry, technologies, and establish new processes on the job.

The ISE will further act as an important technology partner for our customers and the Implementation team. Ultimately, creating technical integrations for Highway’s prospects, customers, and partners. Managing the integration process with Highway’s API’s, advising and supporting the design of customer workflows, facilitating the desired system requirements and configurations, troubleshooting issues, responding to system errors and failures, and ultimately guiding customers throughout the integration process.
