Job Description

Role: Growth Manager, TV

Household is a boutique TV consultancy that transforms brands into Household names through the power of TV. We work with brands on creative, media planning, and overall TV growth strategy.

This person will help build media plans, and work alongside our founder on internal initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Plan and purchase all types of TV inventory: local/national, broadcast, cable, OTT/CTV/streaming/video, etc
  • Maintain daily contact and continuously understand inventory, pricing, and availability
  • Help clients scale and grow their business effectively
  • Participate, actively engage, and be able to answer basic industry questions in client meetings
  • Use data to optimize campaigns and monitor stations for competitive activities, economic and demographic changes, clearances, audiences, viewership, etc.
  • Evaluate any type of media that will benefit Household clients
  • Seek out unique opportunities e.g. firesales, packages, etc
  • Build out internal client services meeting structure
  • Review every media purchase through a data & analytics lens


Qualifications & Attributes

  • Possess a strong understanding of the client mindset, and what it takes to work with different personalities, and toward various client's KPIs
  • High attention to detail with a quantitative approach to problem solving
  • Proactive DNA – continuously seeking new opportunities to grow every brand
  • High attention to detail; strong communicator, verbally and written
  • Passionate about TV and streaming – very familiar with networks, programs, shows, and personalities
  • Comfortable learning new software with current advanced competence in Google Sheets
  • Bachelors Degree with 2-5 years of experience in an analytical role - Media Buying/Planning experience is a plus
