7+ years total game development experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Prior experience managing both full time and freelance writers and narrative designers

Experience working on a live service title

You have excellent project management and organizational skills, and an ability to run multiple projects simultaneously

Build relationships within your community through leveraging local knowledge, company data, and in person field visits

You have 0-1+ years experience in banking, consulting, bizops, strategy, operations, technology, or related fields

You have analytical experience (SQL highly preferred) and/or experience making charts and graphs

You have prior experience in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Able to manage multiple complex projects with an unrelenting focus and prioritization

5+ years of experience driving content growth and engagement for a community platform, subreddit, or self-created community

Proven experience devising content themes that stick and snowball

Have a pulse on or identify industry or pop culture trends and community dynamics to set priorities for a cross-functional team

Build on our community engagement roadmap and help shape or refine the strategy for our community

Lead efforts to curate or create original, high-quality content on and off-platform

Develop new ways to distribute content and mobilize the community

Experience directing voice acting talent

Demonstrable experience working throughout all key stages of game production, from conceptualization to commercial release

Extensive knowledge of writing principles, process, and best practices

Prior experience working on AAA game titles or film/TV projects of equivalent scale

Ability to manage-up and stay motivated in a remote work environment

1-4 years of professional experience, preferably working on experimental, new initiatives

Deep knowledge of Millennial or GenZ AAPI audiences

Strong written and oral communication skills

Some knowledge of the AAPI arts, culture or creator spaces

Past experience (paid or volunteer) in the AAPI space is helpful, but not required
