Job Description

  • 2 years of experience in people management.
  • 8 years of experience working in marketing analytics using statistical techniques (e.g., hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, and significance testing).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in systems (e.g., BigQuery, SQL, and building API connectors).
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with data mining principles and querying data sets (e.g., using SQL for collecting data from multiple data systems).
  • Ability to use data for storytelling and presenting research findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of key inputs and drivers of statistical models and data science.
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques (e.g., Regression analysis) and data visualization (e.g., Looker).
  • Experience in translating measurement outputs into Marketing optimization recommendations, and connecting multiple data sources and building dashboards in data visualization tools (e.g., Data Studio).
  • Experience with digitally owned and operated, and traditional media analytics (e.g., email, social).
About The Job
In this role, you will manage a team of analysts who will drive audience segmentation, ecosystem campaign measurement, analysis, and testing initiatives supporting global and regional marketing programs. You will analyze data sets, and design and perform statistical analyses. In collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of marketing, product management, analytics and engineers, you will tap into the underlying data, align on key metrics/methodologies and generate insights that enable marketers to develop valuable programs.
You will work alongside our Data Science and Growth Marketing team to define problems, acquire the right data to build robust, insightful and predictive models, and communicate results into recommendations that enable decision-making and drive business impact. You will own measurement and define milestones, provide direction and direct a group of people to drive the project to completion.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $151,000-$232,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
  • Track and quantify ecosystem campaign’s impact on core marketing and business goals, while assisting in improvement of impact measurement methodologies.
  • Accelerate speed to insights for timely decision making by identifying opportunities.
  • Conduct analytics to spot trends and inform marketing opportunities, and build tools for ongoing analytics and trendspotting across key moments throughout the year.
  • Manage a team of analysts, help to prioritize and guide efforts in order to align with strategic business goals.
  • Assist in refining and improving team processes to build bespoke measurement tools and solutions.
