About The Role

With creator commerce driving the present and future of retail forward, LTK is experiencing explosive growth and continually looking to expand the team to capitalize on the multitude of growth avenues presented. As a Creator Growth Executive within our Creator Growth and Success Team, you will play a critical role in achieving LTK’s vision. The ideal candidate should be excited about interacting with leading social media creators in market across a variety of categories that include but are not limited to, Fashion, Beauty, Home Decor, Food, Travel, Health, and more. Our mission is to empower the world’s premium lifestyle creators to achieve maximum economic success.
  • In its simplest form, this outbound sales role is to bring top-producing creators to LTK by effectively selling the LTK value. Our reps will influence top creators to join LTK. Since every creator is an independent contractor, they can take their business wherever they receive the best value and support.
  • The refreshing part of this sale is that you are working directly with decision-makers, thus eliminating many of the hassles of selling to large corporations.
  • Our team is the face of the company and the engine of our market expansion. As a Creator Growth Executive, you are directly responsible for driving net-new revenue within your market.
How You Will Make An Impact
  • You will be responsible for sourcing net new opportunities through a variety of efforts, including but not limited to in-person events, social media, and utilizing other prospecting systems.
  • This is a highly relationship-driven role, where in-person interaction, including coordinating, leading, and attending events is needed.
  • The equally demanding need for high IQ and EQ in this role is needed as you will coach individual creators on business analytics and behavior change.
  • This is a more humanized sale than your average sales process as you are dealing directly with decision-makers. You can think of every creator as the CEO of their own business - with that comes a heightened degree of empathy needed to be successful in the sale, but also the ability for quick decisions.
  • You will meet quota each quarter by bringing on a number of net new individual creators in your region. You are tasked with helping creators understand why their business and their followers will benefit by joining LTK.
What You Will Bring To LTK
  • Self-starter attitude and ability to exercise judgment and solve difficult problems without direct supervision.
  • 5+ years of professional sales or recruiting experience
  • Dedication to fierce prioritization and operational excellence
  • Experience with Hubspot or another CRM system
  • Track record of excellence across strategic, operational, and detail-demanding functional responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to effectively lead client meetings, presentations, and events.
  • Highly organized; ability to multi-task and handle rotating priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency
  • Entrepreneurial drive, with experience driving net new and existing relationships within a geo market
  • Deep knowledge of creator and influencer space
  • High emotional intelligence
  • A growth mindset and openness to feedback
  • Full sales cycle acumen, experience in prospecting through closing
  • Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-moving environment
