Position:Instructional System Specialist
Location:Remote
Duration:Long Term

Instructional System Specialist. The Contractor shall support the creation of a range of educational technologies and their application in supporting synchronous and asynchronous learning.
Candidates must demonstrate experience applying principles of adult learning theory to the creation of effective training products through the process of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation, for a variety of adult audiences.
Degree/Certification/Years Of Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in education, instructional technology, or similar field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience executing Instructional Systems Development (ISD) processes.
Solid skills of visual design, course development, storyboarding, learning content management systems, and experience with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act requirements.
