What you will be doing:
  • Managing a growing group of Digital Academic Designers
  • Generates creative solutions by bringing talented people together; works to improve new ideas rather than discouraging them
  • Decisions are guided by resource availability and functional scope; develops and manages operational initiatives to deliver tactical results
  • Maintains strong relationships with senior leaders and peers across functional areas
  • Uses knowledge and feedback from an external perspective to improve products and services; articulates what customer or market problem needs to be solved when making recommendations
  • Managing a wide group of outside vendors
  • Collaborating with a cross functional team to build a digital program, from the ground up.
  • Working collaboratively with a cross functional team including, but not limited to, product management, subject matter experts, academic design, project management, and software development.
We're looking for someone with:
  • Instructional Design expertise in regards to research, theory, and application in the field of education.
  • Competency with HTML and CSS
  • Broad experience with various design authoring tools
  • Creation and Implementation of interactive materials, multimedia, and learning games in an educational setting.
  • A bachelors degree in Education, English Language Arts or a related subject
  • Experience working with multiple LMS’s

The pay range for this position is between $80,000-$100,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.  Click here to learn more about our benefit offerings.
