Detailed Job Description An Instructional Development Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing instructional materials and programs for educational institutions, businesses, and other organizations. They must have a strong understanding of instructional design principles and be able to apply them to create engaging and effective learning experiences. They must be able to identify the needs of their clients and develop instructional materials and programs that meet those needs. They must also be able to evaluate the effectiveness of their instructional materials and programs and make necessary changes to ensure that they are meeting the needs of their clients.
