Where You Come In
  • Build rapport and relationships with SMEs/business partners/stakeholders within Dexcom to understand training needs and align solutions with critical business needs
  • You will support the implementation and evaluation of highly complex training and performance support solutions
  • You will analyze, design, and develop highly complex training and performance support solutions

  • Your experience designing, developing, and delivering training solutions using different instructional modalities and authoring tools across multiple platforms

  • Your experience designing and developing technical, skills-based training

  • Your knowledge of instructional design theory and application, including, but not limited to:
  • Adult learning theory
  • Your ability to function well in situations with high levels of ambiguity, actively seeking resources and subject matter experts who can provided necessary information
  • Your effective communication skills
  • Your ability to perpetuate an environment that fosters mutual respect and trust
  • Your ability to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Your ability to adjust one’s own behavior in response to or anticipation of changes in others’ behavior, attitudes, and/or thoughts
  • Your ability to think critically, ask questions, define problems, exam evidence, analyze assumptions and biases, avoid emotional reasoning, avoid oversimplification, consider other interpretations, and tolerate ambiguity

  • Criteria used to assess the quality and relevance of instructional content in relation to the desired learning or behavioral outcomes
Non-Exempt Salary Details
The annualized base salary range for this role is $46,200to $77,000. Annualized values for non-exempt (hourly) positions are estimates, final annualized salary will depend on total hours worked. Final compensation package will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, business needs and market demand.
Experience And Education
  • Typically requires a Bachelors degree and 0-2 years previous experience.
