We are looking for a high energy Technical Training Professional to join the team and help us deliver world class training to our employees and our partners nationally and worldwide. In this highly visible role, you will work with a team to create and deliver modern, interactive training designed for our global Information Technology team. With a lot of autonomy, you will be on the team that manages the platform, the curriculum, the content, and the impressive results.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and implement full training curriculums, updating curriculums, and monitoring usage to update and improve the learning experience.
- Creating storyboards, training guides, support materials and/or scripts for e-learning courses and videos and for cyclical and non-cyclical trainings.
- Maintaining and enhancing SaaS configurations, ensuring curriculum suitability for various learning groups, and reporting on various platform and curriculum metrics.
- Responsible for managing a software-as-a-service platform including but not limited to, creating, updating, and managing course content, designing and aligning curriculums, designing self-service reports, and being a key contact for the IT Enablement program.
- Oversite and responsibility for the development of appropriate content including questions, responses, remediation elements, and more.
- Work with a team of Instructional Designers, Graphic Designers, and programmers to support eLearning content requirements.
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of training development experience for a technical audience.
- Demonstrates experience in training various technical audiences (i.e., consultants, software engineers, systems administrators, developers, sales engineers etc.).
- Strong understanding of cloud and cloud technologies.
- Experience with software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in e-learning, adult education, and/or multimedia training materials development.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to effectively collaborate and work with subject matter experts as well as vendor resource partners.
