The Opportunity:

Whether standing up a new organization, transforming an existing one, or transitioning an organization, our clients need a change management consultant who will take the time to learn the complexities of their mission and provide them with tangible advice on business process improvements, mission success, and standard methodologies.

That’s why we need you, a consultant who can learn how to analyze every aspect of your customer’s operations and give them the roadmap to becoming the organization they envision. As a general management consultant on our team, you’ll create an overall picture of your client’s structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before. On our team, you’ll learn to use discussions and workshops with stakeholders and technical staff to help identify the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. Once you have a thorough understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you’ll review the path forward and the expected results with senior decision makers. This is your chance to gain experience in technology insertion while establishing your consulting skills. Work with us as we help our Aerospace partners evolve. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:

• Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor's degree by Spring 2027
• Experience with systems engineering
• Knowledge of modern programming languages
• Ability to work in a team environment

Nice If You Have:

• Ability to craft and deliver a compelling narrative to influence action on key business decisions and major change initiatives
• Possession of excellent data analytical and visualization skills
• Ability to demonstrate a proactive problem-solver mindset with the desire to overcome ambiguous challenges and work with a team to craft a solution
• Experience with Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $49,900.00 to $102,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
