Ledgent Technology has once again partnered with a top performing SaaS company to fill their open IT Systems & Support Manager role!

· The IT Systems & Support Manager is responsible for advancing the functionality, support and operational efficiency of assigned information systems, infrastructure, and end points.

· This entails

o Analysis, design, implementation, and support of new software applications

o Advising, assisting, and training the staff in the operation and owns the access administration of their systems

o Collaborating with staff to enhance their work methodologies and tools.

· The IT Systems & Support Manager is charged with ensuring the services that he/she provides contribute to the successful accomplishment of the primary mission of our client.

· The IT Systems & Support Manager possesses sufficient technical expertise to support assigned applications, infrastructure, and end point devices, but may be called upon to assist various IT support needs across the organization.

· The IT Systems & Support Manager reports directly to the IT Operations Manager, and collaborates with a larger team of IT Operations, SysOps, Security, and other IT technical support staff.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

· Associates Degree, Technical Degree/certifications, or 3+ years of professional experience that aligns well with this position

· SaaS experience, SaaS Implementation

· Solid working knowledge of application support, security/administration tools and methodologies.

· Diverse experience in system/workflow analysis, design, building, testing, and implementation preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· With moderate supervision by the IT Operations Manager, set priorities, understand business applications/workflows, answer technical questions, and perform all assigned tasks.

· Translate internal staff/customer requests into software application solution specifications, and workflows, appropriate to assigned tasks.

· Maintain detailed technical knowledge of assigned applications, including installation, access, and basic functional use.

· Assist staff/customers with optimizing their use of assigned applications and specific project-driven tasks.

· Maintain current records of all application licensing distribution/utilization, and company-owned end point devices used by staff.

· Manage SaaS application vendor, and service vendor relationships in the ongoing maintenance/support of applications and the equipment fleet.
