Industrial And Systems Engineer I, Logistics/Engineering

Find opportunities for cost reduction and productivity enhancements. Design/deploy key metrics and reporting tools for distribution centers and corporate management. Update/align SOP's; map facilities, support the LM system configuration of the distribution centers; train teammates on system, processes, and best practices; build discrete labor standards, give presentation to teammates and management. Work with cross-functional teams/vendors to ensure proper integration of systems. Remote work from home is permitted.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related filed plus six (6) months of experience as an Industrial Engineer I, Logistics/Engineering or in any related occupation. Experience can be part-time and can be during degree program.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Office and Warehouse environment.
• Periodic travel to McLane sites yet to be determined throughout the U.S.
