Jr. Industrial Engineer - REMOTE + Travel FTE, Permanent

Our growing client in the material handling world is seeking a Junior Level Systems Engineer to increase the capacity of the customer services team. You will collaborate closely with engineers and sales experts as a Systems Engineer (JR Level) on the design, demonstration, and implementation of material handling systems. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver sophisticated robotics, high-speed sortation, ASRS, and automated material handling systems.
• Present clients at all levels with expert reports and other documents.
• Collaborate with the sales team on pre-order engineering of proposal solutions.
• Material handling system cost estimation.
• Travel to clients and prospects to present expert reports, advice, and other documents.
• Collaborate with the project management team to execute the project's final engineering after receiving the order.

Required Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A bachelor's degree in industrial, mechatronic, or mechanical engineering
• Microsoft Office Proficiency
• 0 to 2 years of industrial engineering experience, including knowledge of labor standard measurement, human/machine interface design principles, etc.
• AutoCAD proficiency
• Workflow analysis experience
• Knowledge of the fundamental high-level software requirements typically required to integrate solutions
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, including the capacity to use critical thinking to solve a variety of issues.
• Strong attention to detail with simultaneous ability to effectively multi-task

Having a valid ID for flying and the ability to access dependable ground transportation for local travel is essential for this role.
