Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s Human Resources Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Training and Development Analyst.
The primary duties of this role are to lead and manage team member training and development programs, including providing instructor-led training in classrooms and through virtual settings, manage Annual Training Planning Process (ATPP), facilitate promotion and succession processes, and manage performance management process.
Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, the person in this role will support the HR department's objective to put our customers first and deliver exceptional customer support and service.
What you’ll be doing
- Create and identify curriculum to support organizational training and development needs based on company strategy.
- Deliver classroom instruction and administer training through “Learning Management System”.
- Conduct regular New Hire Orientation to begin on-boarding new team members.
- Data analysis to manage and visualize Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
- Lead and manage Succession Planning.
- Lead and manage Performance Management Driving Performance system.
- Develop strategies to strengthen systems and processes.
What you bring
- Excellent communicator with the ability to create and maintain project schedules to ensure that goals, targets and results are clearly visualized.
- Ability to identify issues, adapt and implement countermeasure as needed to ensure targets are achieved.
- Ability to positively influence at all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management skills.
- Highly proficient user of Excel (Formulas, Charts, Graphs, Pivot Tables, V-Look-up, etc.)
- Task Oriented Self-Starter with Drive - Highly energized and motivated go getter.
- Detail oriented with the ability to perform data analysis, identify problems and recommend solutions via written proposals.
- Human Resources Degree with experience in Training and Development in a Manufacturing environment.
- Strong work ethic to ensure that activities are coordinated and executed successfully with proper communication during the process and through to completion.
- Ability to work independently and within a team supporting a variety of assignments.
