Senior Human Resources Analyst (Employee Relations)

The Contra Costa Water District is seeking an experienced, highly motivated and team oriented Senior Human Resources Analyst for our Human Resources & Risk (HR&R) Division. This position will perform a variety of complex analytical duties and responsibilities in support of the District’s employee relations activities and programs. Incumbents in this position will provide consultative services to management by providing support and guidance regarding employee performance evaluations; administering disciplinary actions; conducting misconduct investigations; interpreting Memoranda of Understanding, state and federal laws, District policies and procedures; and other employee relations matters. As part of the HR&R team, the Senior Human Resources Analyst will also administer the District’s Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) program and serve as a lead Analyst to designated Human Resources staff.

• Providing lead support, and direction to staff.
• Assisting with developing and implementing Division's strategic goals and initiatives.
• Administering the District’s Employee Relations activities and programs as well understanding local, state, and federal laws.
• Reviewing, monitoring and tracking performance evaluations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,104.00 - $158,160.00 per year
