Job Description

·Required:

o3+ years of functional experience in technology support with emphasis in HCM applications.

oExperience with project management and associated principles.

oExperience working with users developing business requirements.

oExperience with SQL and complex databases structures.

oExperience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise applications.

·Preferred:

o3+ years of experience with HCM cloud-based products (i.e. Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP and/or ICIMS).

o3+ years of experience in any of the following functional areas: Benefits, Core HR, Recruiting, and/or Compensation.

o3+ years of working experience with system interfaces between HCM and other systems.

oBroadly knowledgeable about professional discipline and related discipline experienced in administering projects, and programs.

oExperience with HR analytics.

oExperience working in higher education. Confident with Agile development methodology.
