Job Description

The Recruiting | HR Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day administrative support of the Talent Acquisition team.


This is a contract position paying between $25-30/hr. 6 months to start.


Must have experience with:

  • Processing background checks
  • Creating offer letters
  • Onboarding new employees



Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Ensure all necessary candidate documentation for background checks is obtained and candidate is kept informed throughout the onboarding process.
  • Ensure all applicable new hire recruiting paperwork is received, completed and filed;
  • Support the coordination of candidates through the initial onboarding process, acting as a candidate liaison throughout the recruiting process.
  • Acts as the bridge between Talent Acquisition and Human Resources; Duties include, facilitating background checks and job assessments, distribution of employee covenant agreements, and completion of new hire onboarding process.
  • Partner closely with Recruiters, Candidates and Hiring Managers to provide a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Assistance with offer processes.
  • Provide ad hoc support for recruiting programs and activities.
  • Responsible for offer letter generation, tracking, changes and acceptance
  • Manage candidate records, through SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience in every interaction.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

Education, Training and Experience:

  • Experience using an HRIS system, preferably SAP SuccessFactors, and the ability to learn other HR technologies as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred with a minimum of 1+ years’ experience in Recruiting or Human Resources (Not required)
  • Working knowledge of principles and practices of recruiting and HR administration;
