Job Description
Job Summary


Monday-Friday 8am-5pm


Assist HRIS in coordinating and monitoring information entered into the company’s HRIS system (ADP WFN). This position will insure the data integrity of Payroll and HRIS Systems by testing, auditing and analyzing the data flow processes for improvements.


Essential Duties And Responsibilities


  • Maintains/organizes folders in MS Teams
  • Assist with completing E-verify forms
  • Record formally RIDL documents for HR and Payroll
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to address problem areas or inefficiencies with regarding to processes
  • Responsible for overseeing Mentor program
  • Relieve switchboard for breaks/lunch
  • Actively update and maintain ADP homepage
  • Prepare HR Action forms for payroll
  • Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS and Payroll upgrades and patches.
  • Assist with providing technical guidance and direction to employees and management on the operation and maintenance of human resources systems
  • Manage 90 days introductory reviews and 90 day transfer/promotion reviews
  • Manage HRIS database (ADP) and compile reports as required, including but not limited to New Hires, Promotions/Transfers, Terminations and updated emergency contacts/addresses/phone numbers
  • Creates monthly emergency exit report
  • Assists with Promotion/Transfers letters and alerts
  • Training Users on the various HR and Payroll systems
  • Assist in creating and maintaining Analytics for senior management
  • Manage EOTM program
  • Assist with year end reporting/processes
  • Provide on the job and formal training to HR and payroll users.
  • Monitor HR Suggestion Box
  • Provide back up when the Human Resources Information Specialist is out of the office


METRICS


  • Must send out email reminders to managers for 90 days introductory reviews on the 80th day
  • Must send out EOTM nomination email to all employees 4 days before the last day of the month for voting purposes and announce winner by end of the month.
  • Metrics will be defined by the objectives set forth in the monthly reviews and measured on consistently meeting objectives, completion of projects on timely basis and quality of work.


Qualifications


  • 2-4 years of working experience in HR
  • Must be well versed in a variety of computer system environments and be able to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Utilize project management skills in managing various projects in supporting the organization
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations to all levels within the organization


Knowledge & Skills Required


  • Good communication skills
  • Strong Computer proficiency to include MS Office, ADP E-time, MS Teams and various ATS Systems
  • Being able to multi-task and ability to work at fast pace
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Work well in team environment
  • Self disciplined
  • Attention to detail


Education & Experience


  • Minimum of Associates Degree in Human Resources, Payroll, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
