Acara Solutions is seeking a talented Senior Human Resources Manager with a manufacturing background for a full-time direct hire opportunity located in Phoenix, AZ. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in building an HR team from the ground up and implementing processes and procedures for the company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Senior Human Resources Manager will be leading HR functions for a brand-new facility. Responsibilities include working with leadership teams to develop a growth strategy plan, developing the HR framework, leading recruitment efforts for a headcount of 600+ employees, defining positions and developing an organizational chart, and establishing HR policies and employee evaluation plans.
- Evaluate employee performance, identify any unsafe behaviors to prevent labor risks, and provide formal warnings as needed.
- Develop the company's human resources framework, define positions within each department, and finalize the company's organizational chart.
- Assist the Global Manufacturing Division leaders in developing the US module factory's development strategy plan based on the company's growth strategy.
- Promote and foster corporate culture, cultivate a positive and diverse environment, and strengthen employee relationships.
- Lead the HR department, recruit mid- to senior-level talent in the US, and improve the company's talent reserves and team building.
- Establish job levels and associated salary and benefits structures.
- Establish effective recruitment strategies and methods and hire 600+ employees within the set timeframe.
- Oversee operational personnel management.
- Create personnel training plans based on job classification and identification to ensure timely production.
