- Assists with the monthly HR Newsletter for publication and distribution for all campus employees.
- Responsible for monitoring and tracking the completion of in-service programs.
- Provides COBRA support for the campus.
- Provides customer service to all staff needing human resources support, including providing intake for employee issues to be shared with HR Business Partner.
- Coordinates and oversees the campus Trip Reduction Program (TRP) including employee communications, rewards and annual compliance.
- Responsible for coordinating and tracking credentials.
- Provides onboarding support for all managers which includes new hire paperwork and hiring processes.
- Coordinates and supports HR onboarding and orientation for all new employees.
- Conduct all pre-employment screenings and tracking of all new prospective hires.
- Supports employee enrollment for employee benefits during open enrollment, new hire eligibility and life events. Audits the monthly benefit invoices and employee deduction reports for accuracy.
- Must have one to two years of human resources experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Three years of human resources experience and an associate degree in business, human resources or related field preferred.
- Previous use of fingerprinting equipment, ink & digital scanner highly desired.
- Experience with Kronos Workforce Ready HRIS & biometric timeclock highly desired.
