Major responsibilities:
1、In accordance with the overall development strategy of the headquarter and the Global Manufacturing Division, assist the leaders of the division in formulating the development strategy plan for the US module factory, review various human resources plans, be responsible for organizing and implementing personnel operations and management, and formulate medium- and long-term human resource development plans;
2、Establish and improve the human resource management system of the US module factory, formulate and organize the implementation of human resource management systems (including but not limited to recruitment, training, performance incentives, compensation and benefits, employee development, human resource planning), etc;
3、Responsible for team management in the HR department, screening and selecting various mid to senior talents in the US, and improving the company's talent reserve and team building;
4、Organize and promote the construction of corporate culture, provide a favorable cultural environment, and enhance employee cohesion;
5、Evaluate the labor risk prevention mechanism of employment patterns, warn and avoid relevant labor risks;
6、Other matters related to the position.
Qualifications:
1. More than 5-year experience in human resource management for large and medium-sized enterprises (with over 300-500 employees) in the electronics, semiconductor, manufacturing or related industries in the United States;
2、Proficient in various functional modules of human resource management and able to guide the work of each module, proficient in modern manufacturing enterprise human resource management models, and have accumulated practical experience;
3、Familiar with laws, regulations, and policies related to recruitment channels, salary systems, employment mechanisms, insurance benefits, union systems, and work visa policies in the United States;
4、Possess good interpersonal skills, communication and coordination skills, public relations skills in government agencies, and the ability to solve complex problems. Have a sense of responsibility, dedication, and professional ethics;
5、US citizen or permanent resident of the United States.
