Purpose
The HR Coordinator will support the HR Manager/team with coordinating events such as training, delivering front line support, and supporting policies. This is a role that will require relationship building, processes, and collaboration. This role is responsible for employee changes in Liberty’s HRIS.
Accountabilities
  • Prepare compensation proposals for promotions and other situations to assist in determine pay equality
  • Assist with creating internal promotion and transfer letters
  • All other duties as assigned.
  • Provide administrative support to assist with processing and updating of employee status changes in HRIS, hiring requirements, access to internal communications
  • Support recruitment activities such as preparing job evaluations and descriptions
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and deliver employee orientation
  • Assist with the delivery of programs including scheduling training, updating presentations, and creating documentation as required
  • Respond to and escalate where needed, employee inquiries, ensuring appropriate documentation, follow-up, responsiveness, and thorough communication
  • Maintain electronic employee files to ensure all documentation is filed and save accordingly
  • Processing of invoicing for timely payments
  • Update and maintain employee changes in Liberty’s HRIS
  • Produce and support ad hoc requests as required

  • High-level Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
