POSITION: Human Resources Coordinator
Description
Job Summary:

HR Coordinator will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success in a manufacturing environment. Run administrative of tactical HR functions including recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, Leave and enforcing company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Working closely with the HR Manager, you will contribute proactively to the planning and day-to-day HR activities of the Company. Responsible for performing a variety of human resources functions including handling of employee life cycle, employee relations, performance management and compliance.
  • Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
  • Perform all other office tasks- and onsite safety projects to support Operations
  • Creates and develops employee content for communications and ongoing improvements
  • Create Networks within community to support organizations commitment and responsibilities
  • Assist with Onboarding new hires, employee relations, employee new hire paperwork, assist HR training.
  • Works with Recruitment Agencies and database to assure time and attendance processes and other admin duties
  • Collects data as needed for HR dashboard
  • Works well under tight time restraints and changing priorities
  • Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and use good judgment- high emotional intelligence
  • Self-motivated; able to work independently with an understanding of when to escalate issues
  • Some employment regulatory experience and compliance knowledge
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, open office environment
  • Attention to detail- To be Team Player
  • Effectively handles multiple priorities and manages time efficiently
  • Analytical-minded; demonstrated proficiency with HR metrics and reporting and Strong MS office skills
  • Strong organizational skills, great follow through on tasks, able to juggle multiple competing priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; projects confidence and builds trust easily
EXEMPT/NON-EXEMPT: Non-Exempt
FULL-TIME/PART-TIME: Full-Time
LOCATION: AZ, Peoria
PAY RATE: Pay $22.00- $25.00
