Qualification Requirements:

An HR, Technical or Business Degree (vocational, professional, or advanced) or equivalent. An advanced qualification or certification in the field of Human Resources is desirable.

Typically, 10 years of experience, ideally in a matrix environment. Additional experience in staffing, compensation, performance management, employee development, employee/labor relations, legal/compliance, organizational design and or direct people leadership/management is a plus.

Proven specific capabilities in: outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; analytical and problem-solving skills; organizational ability; facilitation skills; presentation skills.

Proven ability to understand complex organizational issues in matrix environment.

Experience working with, counselling, and influencing Senior Management to influence business and people related decisions.
