Job Description

Description


Coordinate alignment of business objectives with employees and management in designated PCE division. Consults with management on human resource-related issues, suggests new HR strategies, and provides HR guidance when appropriate. Evaluates and anticipates HR-related needs and communicates needs with the HR Department and assigned division management. Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies. Develops partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Works with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity & retention and provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, and monitors and reports on workforce planning and succession planning. Conducts JD development & desk audits.
  • Identifies training needs for business units and individuals, participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success, and follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.


Requirements


  • Well versed in using different computer programs like Microsoft Office and Prezi.
  • Position requires a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge and comfort base in presentation and training.
  • Multi-site location client support experience, and experience with organizational development.
