Job Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for a market-leading, renowned restaurant/retail brand in the San Francisco, CA. area. This will allow you to be a key individual who will be responsible for training and developing the leaders of its beautiful locations. BASE SALARY: Up to $120,000 (commensurate to experience/salary history and location sales volume) with Bonus Potential, Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance Benefits, 401k, and PTO. The position will be hybrid with work in office 3 days per week and from a home office two days per week. Travel to locations 20%.


EXPERIENCE:

5+ years of progressive HR experience with 3 of those in an HRBP exempt-level role required.

2 years of Employee Relations experience, specifically managing employee relations cases and conducting workplace investigations.

DEI experienced required

HR experience working with restaurant/retail store level and related corporate client groups at all levels within a Restaurant/Retail organizationREQUIRED.

Proven experience working on projects that develop process/program improvements and resolve complex matters.

Some previous experience with unions or working in a union environment strongly preferred
