Overview The Area Human Resource Partner is responsible for providing strategic HR support to the business in their assigned area. They are responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that support the overall business objectives. They will also provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on a variety of HR topics. Detailed Job Description The Area Human Resource Partner will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to the business in their assigned area. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that support the overall business objectives. They will also provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on a variety of HR topics such as recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits. The Area Human Resource Partner will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Knowledge of HR best practices
• Proficiency in MS Office
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Professional Human Resources certification (PHR or SPHR) preferred
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Knowledge of HR best practices
• Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
• Knowledge of performance management processes
• Knowledge of employee relations and dispute resolution
• Knowledge of compensation and benefits
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
• Experience in providing advice and guidance to managers and employees on a variety of HR topics
