HRIS Analyst III/High Level Position Summary
The HRIS Analyst III will focus on supporting Workday’s Payroll, HCM, Time Tracking, and Absence modules as well as provide support for Workday’s Recruiting, Learning, and Help modules. This role will be responsible for supporting projects, enhancements, Tier 1 and 2 issues, and break/fixes. The primary focus areas are (1) delivering quality configuration, testing, processing and reporting support to HR Business Partners and Center of Excellence groups; (2) identifying, evaluating, recommending and providing process improvement efforts to streamline and reduce risk in existing processes; (3) bringing a strategic, technical lens to all work efforts, and (4) partnering with the entire HRIS team to ensure we are delivering the highest quality product and support to the business. The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for other duties as assigned by Enovis.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects and process improvement, including applying change management experience to facilitate movement to new levels of quality
  • Write, maintain, and support a variety of reports and calculated fields timely and accurately ensuring to meet legal and compliance requirements
  • Complete, process, and audit EIBs
  • Generate dashboards, reports, and queries, including writing, maintaining, and supporting a variety of dashboards, reports, or queries utilizing appropriate tools
  • Provide support for Workday, including researching and resolving complex problems, unexpected results or process flaws, and provides recommended solutions to resolve issues
  • Partner with team and support manager on Workday projects and on-demand requests
  • Partner with third party vendors for Workday support
  • Architect project responsibilities with an understanding of Workday methodology and configuration knowledge
  • Monitor workflow, and audit for accuracy, security and efficient processing of requests
  • Drive testing strategy by defining test scenarios and oversee process. Review, test, and assist with the implementation of Workday system upgrades; collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate the application of an update or fix and document process and results.
  • Stay up to date on trends and developments within HR systems and technology, proactively providing ideas and information regarding best practices and trends. Work to enhance the capability of self and team.
  • Provide end-user support; troubleshoot issues via research, testing, recreation of scenarios and document findings
  • Serve as the SME for Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence, as well as support HCM, Recruiting, Learning, and Help modules.
  • Create, maintain, and update business processes, notifications, alerts, and validations/condition rules
  • Recommend process and support improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes, and/or major variations from established policies
Minimum Essential Requirements:
  • Fluent in written and oral English language required
  • Ability to understand complex processes and translate and implement them into streamlined solutions
  • Minimum 3 years relevant professional human resources experience
  • Broad and in-depth HR skills including comprehensive analysis of complex situations, creative problem-solving and strong influencing abilities
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to identify project plan tasks for complex projects, understand dependencies, and help deliver according to the plan
  • Ability to read/write technical documentation (requirements, configuration, process, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Targeted Experience & Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
    • Minimum 3 years relevant professional human resources experience
    • Minimum 3 years HRIS experience is required, Workday preferred
    • Advanced Excel skills
