Job Description
Job Summary and Primary Responsibilities

Assists with projects involving Shared Services and Benefit operations, technology, system/program implementation, reporting, system maintenance, and process development. Responsible for the adherence of HR processes, compliance, and programs and will have a central role supporting daily operations and ensuring that all aspects of HR operations run smoothly.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Contributes to research and troubleshooting, recommending solutions to enhance HR automations
  • Assists in analyzing and defining system errors to progress towards a feasible solution
  • Develops knowledge of system capabilities to drive towards becoming a Subject Matter Expert on all HR systems and processes
Required Skills / Capabilities
  • Ability to learn new applications and technology
  • Capable of meeting quality and compliance standards, possessing organization and analytics skills
  • Possesses critical thinking skills and has the ability to examine projects historically
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology or related technical discipline
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and some related experience, or an Associate's with more related experience
