Hris Analyst Jobs

Manages the day-to-day administration for the company’s HRIS system. Provides HR analytics and reporting on a regular basis and as needed ad-hoc.

Responsibilities

• Recommends and assist with systems and process improvements
• Providing headcount, termination, turnover, and other HR reports and analytics as needed
• Assist with filing of 5500, EEO-1, and other compliance reporting as needed
• Adheres to all training requirements and follows all company guidelines and security procedures for the secure handling of confidential employee data.
• Provides data support for various audits
• Ensure accuracy of HRIS data and reporting, ensuring the workflow of information to other functions is accurate and timely
• Liaise with payroll, accounting/finance, IT, and other departments
• Process all employee status changes including new hires, promotions, merit increases, leaves of absences, terminations, etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
• Ability to view systems and processes holistically; analyze data, recognize trends, make recommendations
• Ability to securely handle sensitive and confidential employee information
• Experience with system implementations and integrations highly preferred
• Continuous improvement mindset and critical thinking skills needed
• 3+ years of experience in database management including data entry, configuration, running reports (e.g., HRIS, ATS, payroll, and other applicable systems)
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook required
• Experience with Workday required; ADP Workforce Now experience highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
