About the Role:
Due to our continued growth, we are adding a Workday Specialist to our team. As a Workday Specialist, you will maintain and grow the Workday platform to serve our HR and Finance business processes, and our employees! Reporting through the Total Rewards function of HR, this roles primary responsibility is the day-to-day handling of Workday requests, this includes but is not limited to providing the first level response to system issues, building and scheduling reports, maintaining security access, and supporting Workday release updates.
Responsibilities:
  • Research, analyze and make recommendations for HRIS solutions that support scalable processes
  • Automate, standardize, schedule and publish key reports and analysis to help disseminate data and insights
  • Maintain quality, consistency, and integrity of Workday systems
  • Conduct formal and informal training sessions regarding Workday system features and functionality
  • Document, maintain and uphold Workday system procedures, user documentation and system updates
  • Support steady state projects including, but not limited to; open enrollment, merit/bonus cycle, etc. through design, configuration, testing, cutover and post-production support
  • Serve as the Human Resources and Finance Workday systems subject matter expert and support process enhancements
  • Design and create custom ad hoc reports and resolve all queries to ensure accuracy
  • Support the maintenance of the Workday Human Capital Management system functionality and interface with internal customers to ensure solution continuity
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, detect, identify and correct technical problems and deficiencies
  • Partner with Human Resources, Finance, and appropriate stakeholders to refine procedures for processes that involve systems
Position Requirements:
  • Associate’s degree required, preferably in a human resources, business, or technology field
  • 1+ years’ configuring and maintaining Workday HCM system strongly preferred, but not required
  • This position is remote
  • 1+ years’ HRIS Analyst experience required
  • Experience using multiple computer applications such as HRIS, ERP data warehouse, payroll systems
