Accounting Manager, Hybrid (120K-125K)

We are looking to fill an Accounting Manager position with a well-known healthcare organization located in Dallas. The Accounting Manager will report to the Controller and will be responsible for leading the full accounting and reporting process. If you have at least 7 years’ experience working with the day to day accounting and financial operations of a healthcare organization then you may be an ideal fit for this position.
This role will range in compensation from 120K-125K. The company has a great culture and offers flexible working hours and excellent benefits. This is a Hybrid position.
Job Duties:

• Oversight over accounting team
• Conduct all business activities
• External audit requests
• Initiate budget and forecasting activities
• Oversee the month end, quarter end, and year end close processes and review financials results, balance sheet reconciliations, and journal entries.

Qualifications:

• 7 plus years of accounting/finance experience ideally within healthcare
• Strong leadership experience
• CPA preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
