Direct, promote and coordinate the operations of the Human Resource team. Develop and implement measurable goals for the Human Resources team in alignment with overall corporate strategic objective. Design and implement company policies and procedures for promoting a healthy environment, mitigating risk, and ensuring compliance and regulation with employment and labor laws. Drives the design and implementation of talent programs (e.g., succession management, talent mobility, talent architecture); brings forth ideas, business insights, and implementation approaches.


  • Partner with management team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
  • Coordinate with the CAO and Sr. Management team in providing support and guidance to leadership, managers and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise (e.g. benefits, compensation, employee relations, etc.).
  • Drives the design and implementation of talent programs (e.g., succession management, talent mobility, talent architecture); brings forth ideas, business insights, and implementation approaches
  • Hire, manage, develop and evaluate all direct reports. Oversee the HR department.
  • Plan and design measurement and evaluation methods to assess learning effectiveness
  • Designs and/or implements talent strategy tools, methodologies, and principles (e.g., skills assessments, organizational diagnostics, successor talent assessments)
  • Partner with Global Partners and managers to implement business strategy globally.
  • Leverages data to inform talent decisions
  • Build organizational identity, pride and morale through employee engagement, inclusion & diversity initiatives, leadership development and employee recognition programs.
  • Assists in building plans to integrate culture, values, competencies, and organizational development frameworks into talent practices (e.g., talent planning, succession planning)
  • Ensure the development and delivery of program components meet the goals and stakeholder expectations
  • Acts as a subject matter expert to consult with internal clients on talent strategy solutions and best practices in the industry; proposes data-based recommendations to business leaders, leveraging knowledge of best practices and company practices
  • Manage the HR functions for the corporation – including talent acquisition, development programs, retention program, performance monitoring, benefit administration and HR technology deployment
  • Communicates talent management approaches to leaders and stakeholders (HR and business), utilizing data to educate and influence buy-in and implementation of solutions

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Delivers results in a timely manner and oversees the accuracy and relevance of information shared
  • 8+ years of HR experience including 3+ years of HR management experience
  • 3+ years experience designing and deploying talent programs and workforce/talent planning a plus
  • Data driven decision making
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related field
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP required
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strategic Mindset, ability to present to and influence executive leadership team
  • Organizational Development experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
