Job Description

One of the most prestigious law firms in the entire world is currently looking to expand their US Corporate and M&A practice from NY, by onboarding a mid or senior level associate.


Requirements:

  • Background of practice for a reputable global law firm
  • Qualified as an Attorney in the State of New York
  • At least 3 years of post-qualified experience
  • Experience in US Equity Capital Markets transactions, IPOs and SEC filings


Offering:

  • Excellent compensation package
  • The possibility of working from home as many times a week or month as desired
  • An average of 1700 to 1800 billable hours a year
