Zoom Video Communications seeks a highly experienced Majors Sales Leader to drive revenue and sales results within our Healthcare Segment. You will be responsible for managing a team of 8 Account Executives.
You will:
- The successful candidate will have a goal-oriented, make-it-happen mentality and razor-sharp customer focus with a keen ability to understand customer requirements and decision-making criteria
- Focus on improving market coverage, increasing market share and growing revenue
- Present the Zoom value proposition to customers
- Shape and execute the growth strategy to accelerate Zoom’s revenue in the healthcare majors (1k-10K+ employees) market
- Existing relationships with major accounts in the healthcare industry are key
- Guide sales team on best practices of closing large complex deals
- Provide accurate and timely forecasts via Salesforce
- Develop and maintain relationships with executive level decision makers
- Leverage Healthcare Industry knowledge in all communications
- Collaborate internally with cross functional teams
- The healthcare leader role also adds a level of care and empathy and recognition of the responsibility to the healthcare market
- Identify opportunities & solutions to improve sales efficiency
Other requirements include:
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and/or other CRM tools, as well as MS Office Suite and Google calendar and other tools
- Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment
- Experience evangelizing collaboration solutions or services
- 10+ years of Enterprise sales experience with Enterprise SaaS or Enterprise UCaaS companies
- Ability to travel nationwide
- Success selling and leading within the healthcare industry
- High-performing organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple business demands and deliver on time
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, including experience conducting sales presentations
- Strong knowledge of UCaaS technologies & UCaaS competitive landscape
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent years of experience
- Excellent prospecting, closing and relationship management skills
- Successful track record in Enterprise Sales Management
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$194,900.00Maximum:
$426,300.00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
