Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Recruitment Partner. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build trusted relationships with hiring managers, utilizing your exceptional recruiting leadership skills. We are looking for someone who is proactive, engaging, and passionate about finding the best talent for our organization.
Responsibilities
Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers, serving as their trusted recruitment advisor.
Utilize innovative and proactive recruitment methods to connect with potential candidates who would be a great fit for our organization.
Collaborate closely with corporate hiring managers to understand their current and future hiring needs.
Implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent from non-traditional channels.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with candidates to build a strong pipeline for future opportunities.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and recommending the best-fit candidates for placement.
Foster excellent relationships with both hiring managers and candidates, ensuring the achievement of recruiting goals.
Maintain accurate and organized documentation of candidate activity using our Applicant Tracking System.
Coordinate internal transfers of candidates, handling screening, interviews, and offer details.
Establish a strong network of professional contacts within the local business community.
Manage relationships with contingency recruiting firms.
Perform Other Duties As Required.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience: At least three years of full life-cycle recruiting, specifically for executive and senior management positions.
Technical Skills: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is required. Familiarity with iCIMS and Workday is preferred.

Strong relationship building skills to establish trust with hiring managers and candidates.
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with colleagues to achieve individual, team, and company goals.
Strong business acumen and understanding of current employment regulations (EEOC, ADA, etc.).
Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office skills.
Fluency in English (reading, writing, verbal).
Basic math skills.
