Job Description
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Global Corporate Controller will play a crucial role in overseeing finance functions across five countries and four manufacturing sites. This leadership position offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our team and make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with Executive, Business Unit, Site, and Department Leaders on a global scale, providing essential support to help them exceed targets and develop strategic growth plans.
Utilize prior experience to establish scalable and efficient financial processes and policies, contributing to the maturation of our finance operations.
Act as a key member of our due diligence and integration teams, particularly as our company pursues M&A opportunities.
Lead and mentor a diverse team, including Site Finance Leads and global finance team members, fostering their professional development.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred.
CPA certification is a plus.
A minimum of 10 years of senior finance leadership experience, preferably within private equity ownership structures.
Experience in a multi-national environment, with a focus on countries across NA, LATAM, APAC, and EMEA.
Background in the manufacturing industry, with a preference for experience in highly regulated sectors such as aerospace or medical devices.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant financial standards for international operations.
Demonstrated experience in M&A, including due diligence and integration phases.
Proficiency in ERP utilization and a track record of successful conversion/implementation.
Proven leadership in policy and process development with an emphasis on scalability and global consistency.
Willingness to engage in international travel, up to 20% annually.
