Responsibilities
As a Post-Production Coordinator, you will be an essential part of our studio team, ensuring the seamless post-production workflow for a variety of imagery, from e-commerce and on-model photography to editorial and lifestyle shots. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing post-production workflows, including retouching for web and print purposes.
Collaborating closely with the studio team to meet multiple deadlines and handle rush requests.
Managing and organizing a high volume of imagery while maintaining proper file structure and quality control.
Administering our Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform for easy accessibility of images.
Coordinating with external retouchers and services when needed.
Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to ensure image accuracy before finalization.
Qualifications
Experience and Skills:
A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
3–5 years of experience in advertising photography, with a portfolio showcasing your best work.
Proficiency in professional-level Photoshop and working knowledge of Capture One.
Familiarity with e-commerce photography workflows and the ability to optimize processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
Self-motivated and open to improving established processes.
Exceptional attention to detail and an eye for color accuracy.
Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Proficiency in Mac OS and file management.
Preferred
Experience with Digital Asset Management platforms like Bynder.
Background in fashion or the active/outdoor industry.
