Join our team as a Client Onboarding Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in the post-sale and marketing launch process for new mobile-first dealership websites. We're seeking a talented individual who is not only knowledgeable about our product but also passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Serve as a product expert for all features and capabilities of our mobile-first websites.
Take the lead in launching new customer websites, serving as the main point of contact post-sale.
Enhance and streamline our processes to boost team efficiency and optimize the onboarding journey for clients.
Act as a Digital Marketing expert, simplifying complex strategies to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Collaborate with internal teams, including designers, copywriters, developers, and QA, to ensure rapid website launches and top-tier onboarding.
Troubleshoot technical issues, address integration inquiries, and coordinate with third-party providers for seamless website launches.
Monitor project status, progress, and milestones, ensuring effective communication within the team.
Utilize strong marketing analytics skills to achieve tangible results.
Demonstrate creativity and innovation, especially when facing uncertainty.
Foster strong relationships to maximize the value clients gain from our solutions, retain subscriptions, and refer other dealerships to us.
Qualifications
Preferred automotive industry experience.
Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
Over 4 years of client relationship management or account services experience.
Over 4 years of marketing experience, with a focus on website optimization, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
Proven track record of results-driven execution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and effective interactions.
Agility in managing multiple tasks and strategic projects in a fast-paced growth setting.
Committed to delivering top-tier client service.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Strong team player with a collaborative approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, & Google Docs.
Prior data analysis experience, including performance reporting for digital campaigns (preferred).
Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console (preferred).
Familiarity with Jira (required).
