Banff is looking for a Head of Talent Platforms to join our growing team. There are elements of the role which are focused on optimizing/scaling, and others which are about building/creating - and it will be important to balance each according to priorities at the time.
This critical leadership role will be responsible for several business, product and service areas to include:
● BanffEngage - Responsible for leading the Engage and Engage+ business lines
including programs, product, strategy and sales. This includes prospecting, onboarding,
coaching, network cultivation, and advisory work with executive clients enrolled in our
Engage program; as well as serving as the strategy lead for Engage+, our light-touch
offering for clients who work directly with an Executive Advisor.
● Client Operations - Manage the executive client operations team and support business
development across the organization - including direct management, training and growth
of the team of 3, with support from Advisors.
● BanffNetwork - Lead the engagement program for the broader Banff executive
community.
The Banff team, and the success of the business, relies heavily on the interwoven nature of all aspects of the business, networks and platforms. This individual will also have the opportunity to support business development and service activities across the organization, including our work with 550+ search, investor and corporate teams.

products - things that went beyond “how things have always been”.
➔ Effective writing and communication skills across varied formats and contexts.
