Your main responsibilities will include:

Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities

Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career and graduate hiring

Partnering with hiring managers to kick off new roles and their processes

Leading hands-on leadership searches, and perform end-to-end recruiting with a focus on a positive candidate experience

Have experience in the biotech or the life sciences industry

Pioneering new approaches to talent assessment and sourcing

Experience hiring in one of the following domains: computational biology, machine learning, cell & molecular biology, functional genomics, immunology.

Experience helping take a company from 0 to 1 in the Talent function.

Develop relationships with Top Talent across computational biology, machine learning, functional genomics, and immunology.

Over 5 years of management experience. Proven record of building a high-performing team of recruiters and sources.

Over 10 years of experience as in technical recruiting; experience working within a fast paced consultancy is a huge plus.

Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team environment.

Proven record of creative problem-solving and out-of-box thinking focused on positivity and growth.

Hands-on leader who enjoys meeting, interviewing and recruiting top-notch technology talent

Extensive experience working cross-functionally and with all levels of management, both internally and with external partners

Lead creator/talent acquisition strategy, outreach, onboarding, and partner management efforts

Oversee a portfolio of talent, providing high-touch relationship management through the communication of best practices

Develop innovative and high impact partnerships directly with talent, as well as to their respective agencies and management teams

7+ years experience in media and/or digital industry, with a focus on digital creator initiatives and partnerships

Clearly and actively manage and communicate program schedules, deliverables, and expectations to cross-functional members

Track and Manage Project Budgets; have a good understanding of budgeting and forecasting talent fees
