Starting Small Media is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Growth Initiatives Analyst Intern. As an intern, you will play a pivotal role in drafting growth initiatives to capitalize on market opportunities and contribute to the expansion of our media platform. About Starting Small Media:

Starting Small Media was launched in January 2020 with a vision to share transparent startup stories that inspire and provide guidance for aspiring entrepreneurs. Since then, we have achieved significant growth and have established partnerships with recognizable brands. Our annual Starting Small Summit has become a highlight event, featuring founders from renowned companies like Reebok, Stacy's Pita Chips, Kodiak Cakes, and many more.

Responsibilities:

• Create data-driven insights and reports to inform decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with the team to develop growth strategies and initiatives that align with Starting Small Media's vision.
• Contribute to the overall growth and development of Starting Small Media by bringing innovative ideas to the table.
• Help identify and forge partnerships with relevant stakeholders, including brands, influencers, and industry experts.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and events to drive brand awareness and audience growth.
• Assist in analyzing user engagement data to optimize content strategies and improve audience reach.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities in the media industry and entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Passionate about entrepreneurship, startups, and the media industry.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn and take on new challenges.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
• Proficient in conducting market research and analyzing data.

Duration and Compensation:
