Graphic Designer (Remote) Jobs

Compensation Range: $85 - 86 per hour

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our client's rapidly growing Growth Creative Team. As this Designer, you'll create pixel-perfect designs from concept to production, proactively find data-driven solutions to problems, and collaborate with a wide variety of team members. You will work with stakeholders, creative directors, copywriters, producers, and developers. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, critical thinker who can take raw content and bring it to the next level with a visual application.

Responsibilities:

• Clearly communicate ideas and advocate for creative choices with stakeholders.
• Own creative projects and tasks with guidance and support from senior leads.
• Partner closely with cross-functional team members to resolve feedback and identify creative solutions to business challenges.
• Quickly adapt to last-minute asks and changing timelines.
• Create designs that are thoughtful and engaging.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors
• Minimum 8+ years of recent experience at a design studio, agency or in-house design department.
• Leverage iterative testing, data, and learnings to inform designs.
• Detailed in your execution but flexible in your approach Persuasive and polished presentation skills.
• Web Design
• Ability to generate pixel-perfect production assets.
• Solid understanding of the web, responsive design, email, video, 3D and animation.
• Collaborative with a proactive mindset and excellent communication skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Skills:
• Demonstrating the ability to implement a combination of strategic, conceptual, and design skills creating original, persuasive, and visually compelling work.
• Mastery of composition, typography, color, and imagery Mastery of design tools: Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop Portfolio.
