General Manager 2 - Food

Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a General Manager 2 to join our team at Flextronics in West Columbia SC! The food operation consists of 1 Corporate Cafe, Catering Operations and Micro-Market. The General Manager will be the number 1 for the operation and the Chef for the business. This position represents a 70/30 split, 70% of the role is Culinary focused and 30% is GM/Admin responsibilities.

Duties of the General Manager 2 will include but not limited to:

This position offers a traditional Business & Industry, Predominately M-F schedule. Accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation per year (first year pro-rated based on date of hire). Medical Benefits beginning date of hire, and 401K with company match eligible.

Target Salary is 65K to 75K plus bonus

Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years
