Hours of Operation: 8:30am – 4:30pm ET / 11:00am – 7:00pm ET

• Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 USD hourly

Position Summary
Company 3 is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator for our expanding Manhattan facility. The Front Desk Coordinator is the first point of contact for our clients and guests, and is key to representing the culture of our company.
Primary responsibilities include welcoming clients and guests, providing facility information, directing client requests to the appropriate department, routing calls, shipping and receiving, purchasing, and overall client services. The Front Desk Coordinator should be highly organized, meticulous, be upbeat and personable, able to multi-task, and willing to grow within the role.
Main Duties

• Managing incoming and outgoing shipments
• Check in clients according to current Covid protocols
• Greeting, welcoming, and directing clients and guests appropriately; providing initial orientation to new clients, notifying staff and clients of visitor arrival
• Updating documents and spreadsheets
• General purchasing, logging of purchases
• Support and handle Client Services requests for Theater clients
• Set-up for meetings, screenings
• Routing client requests to the appropriate department
• Client support in person, through email, and phone calls

What You Bring

• Knowledge of post-production workflows a plus
• Proficient with Google Docs, MS Office
• 1 to 2 years of office experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional appearance and excellent demeanor
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with notice to shift schedule as needed
• Meticulous, detail oriented, able to easily multi-task and be a self-starter

The benefits for eligible part-time employees working 25 or more hours per week and full-time employees in the US include a comprehensive package of health, retirement, and insurance benefits and paid time off.
