Together we deliver systems all around the world and the markets for our products are constantly growing.Position SummaryThe Front Desk Coordinator will be the initial contact for clients, visitors and guests of Bluefors. This role will act as a switchboard operator for the company by greeting, assisting, screening, and providing accurate direction and information. The Front Desk Coordinator will provide administrative support to other departments within the company. This role will support the coordination of internal and external company events.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesGreet clients, visitors, and guests; conduct appropriate screening processesAnswer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff; take messagesReceive mail, documents, and deliver or distribute themExercise discretion when handling proprietary and/or confidential informationOrganize and plan for event, meeting and meal coordinationPerform administrative and clerical support tasks - schedule meetings/interviews, maintain calendars including conference roomsAssist with drafting company-wide communications (emails, postings, etc.)Organize travel arrangements for site visits, conferences, etc.Prepare packets and information for new hires/employees/etc.Maintain appropriate levels of operating and office supplies in coordination with the Procurement teamPerform basic filing, scanning and recordkeepingGenerate reports, letters, etc.Other duties as assignedQualifications and Education RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent GED is required; minimum three years' experience working in an office administrative position, or combination of experience and education.Employee BenefitsBluefors offers a generous benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401K, long and short-term disability, life, training, tuition reimbursement, and Paid Time Off (PTO).This role does not offer sponsorship for work authorization.Bluefors Cryocooler Technologies Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
