Here at Beautiology Studio & Spa we are looking for a Beauty Therapist with impeccable communication skills who is confident, reliable, has a great attention to detail, and loves working with people.
Beautiology offers results oriented services coupled with highly personalized care so that our clients can look and feel their absolute best.
REQUIREMENTS:
Among other things, your responsibilities will include:
Maintain Boutique, Studio and Spa cleaning and hygiene standards and enforces all health and sanitation guidelines, as well as all COVID regulations and protocols.
Work with team on special in-store events that align with our brand image and awareness.
Help management with inventory tasks
Manage reception duties such as check-in clients in/out while ensuring a positive and warm experience and maintaining a clean and professional environment
Processes cash and credit transactions and recommends gratuity as appropriate.
Maintains and updates client records, intake forms, profile, contact, and billing details.
Handles any complaints with insight and poise and elevates to manager when necessary.
The position requires:
Comfort in marketing ones services to attract new clients
Warm and professional appearance and demeanor
Proper grammar and phone etiquette skills.

Retail experience + Sales driven
Experience with appointment booking software.

Employment type: This is a part-time position which must be able to work a flexible and non-traditional schedule - must have weekend, holiday, and some early morning/midday/late evening weekday availability.
