The Finance Director of Financial Planning and Analysis will be responsible for executing budgeting and forecasting activities, expense management analysis, and corporate reporting packages. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis and a proven ability to foster cross-functional relationships at all levels. This position reports directly to the Sr. Finance Director, FP&A.
What you will be responsible for:

• Create meaningful presentation materials on budgets, forecasts, and strategy for the Board of Directors and management
• Coordinate and manage development of the annual financial and operating plan
• Lead, inspire and develop FP&A team members
• Analyze monthly financial statements to identify variances between planned, forecasted, and actual results
• Perform quantitative analysis required for strategic planning, special projects, and reports for management and communicate results to the management team
• Establish a highly collaborative, cross-functional relationships across organization
• Lead financial systems and process optimization, capturing efficiencies by simplifying data structure, streamlining workflows, and utilizing reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of Ten (10) years’ experience in Finance Business Partnership and FP&A experience
• MBA preferred
