The Role

This role will support sales teams by generating sophisticated accounting, financial and data-driven models. You are an ambitious individual excited by the challenge of solving challenging, often ambiguous problems in this dynamic space. You are expected to manage and inspect the financial operations of a business or organization through organized record keeping. You can make well-informed recommendations based on data and analysis. You can communicate your findings and recommendations verbally and in concise and actionable reports. Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn everything are required for this role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage daily operations of accounting, including data records, accounts reconciliations, data consolidations etc.

2. Support finance dept on the regional financial budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis to drive critical strategic decisions on new and ongoing initiatives including Revenue by Product, Region, and Business Line and trend analysis.

3. Recommend solutions or create best-in-class tools, process and report to mitigate business risks and changes in policies and procedures to increase operational efficiency, productivity and efficiency of the data management that lead to automation of manual and recurring tasks;

4. Responsible for the timely preparation of monthly sales report, KPI reporting, and presentation of financial reports, tax works, financial audits and regulation reports to stakeholders.

5. Leverage existing databases maintained by the Finance team to create advanced reports/data visualization using BI tools to help better reflect the company's performance.

6. Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent practical experience and working towards ACCA

• At least 3 years of experience in Accounting role

• Attention to detail, problem-solving and investigative skills, coupled with a creative, analytical orientation

• Ability to meet tight deadlines with a positive attitude towards handling urgent tasks

• Ability to influence and communicate at an executive level, both internally and externally

• Experience using an ERP system(s) and strong in Excel, GSuite (Google Sheets) is a plus

• Comprehension and experience with BI and data visualization tools highly advantageous (Tableau, MicroStrategy, Power BI, SQL server reporting services etc.) are desirable

• Understanding and familiarity with consumer electronics is a plus
